TIMELY NOTES!

Faith doesn't make sense. And that's because our natural senses were created by faith. Our minds may reason physics, chemistry and biology, it may even know the geography of the entire world, but it can't reason faith. Faith is a spiritual force, and it will take our spirit to have faith in God. This is why no matter how much my mind doubts the word of God, I still believe it all the same. Your mind may doubt it, but you should still believe it. It's not the doubt in your mind that God reacts to, it's the doubt in your heart. The bible tells us that if we can say to a mountain to be removed, without doubt in our heart, we shall have whatsoever we say.

Haven't we noticed, that; it's easier to reason with the doctor than to reason with faith? It's easier to agree with the weather forecast than to agree in faith? It's easier to reason with landlords than to reason with faith? Jesus knew all these things, and that's why He told us not to be conformed to this world, but transformed by renewing our mind. When it comes to matters of faith, suspend your natural mind. At new birth, we were given the mind of Christ, and anytime we act in faith, we leave our natural mind and begin to work with the mind of Christ. And this is why many testimonies of faith always appear too fast to our natural mind.

That's how far we'd go on today's Timely Note. But take these last words; FAITH IS TOO FAST FOR OUR NATURAL MIND. REMEMBER THAT WHEN GOD TURNED THE CAPTIVITY OF ISRAEL, IT WAS LIKE A DREAM TO THEM. AND THAT'S BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TOO FAST. Have a most fruitful week, in Jesus precious name!

TIMELY NOTES! Having faith without a connectivity to the Author of faith is a waste of time. Faith may please God, but love creates a link between the one who has faith in God and God Himself. The bibles says "faith is the substance of things hoped for"; that could also mean that faith dwells on material things. But God is love; having true love in your heart is simply having God in your heart. This makes it impossible for your faith to please God without love for Him in your heart. Being filled with the word of faith doesn't mean you're filled with love for God. Love for God is something you must consciously decide to build. Trying to build a relationship with God is closely related to how a man tries to get a woman to like him.
