Imagine for a moment, that you go for a job interview and the interviewer begins by asking you what you can offer the organization. And by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit you respond by telling him the major internal challenges of the company and the solutions. Two things will happen that day; the interview will not continue, and you would get the job. I remember going for a job interview for the post of an ICT Expert in 2012; but instead of a regular interview, the director deviated by asking me to teach him how he could hear from God. That was the only question I answered to secure an ICT job.

I recently remarked that power has changed hands. Organizations will prefer to employ people with power than people with great experience and qualifications. The time is coming when interview questions will change; we would begin to hear questions like "what church do you attend?", "what miracles have you performed?", "what is your highest bible school degree?", "what are your personal testimonies?", "did God send you to work with us?", "can you perform signs and wonders?". I remember the testimony of pastor Adeyemi Adeniyi, who led the organization he worked with through a 3-day fasting and prayer, just to deliver them from crashing.

That's how far we'd go on today's Timely Note. But take these last words; SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT WILL BECOME OUR MAJOR QUALIFICATION IN THIS NEW ERA. INVEST YOUR TIME AND ENERGY IN IT. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
