TIMELY NOTES!
TIMELY NOTES!
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change. What you look at is as important as how you look at it. I have discovered that people see what they want to see and not what really needs to be seen. Do not judge a book by its cover. Sometimes, it is better to be kind than to be right. Come to think of it, you really do not have to be right all the time. If Jesus wanted to be right at all times, He would not have selected the 12 disciples. Because some of them mis-represented Him at some point. Jesus had no business with poverty, but He became poor so that we can through His poverty become rich. Haughtiness does not elevate anyone, give room for tolerance.
Most of the things we judge people for are the things we think they should know. We however forget that we are not them, and they are not us. We are different; so the best thing to do is to release ourselves from every emotionally attachment or interpersonal judgement and live with people according to what they are. We can only make people change when we successfully change the approach of our relationship towards them. Most of the people we judge may be the same people that God has ordained to help us. Let our judgements end in the court room, because we do not have such rights outside it.
That's how far we'd go on today's Timely Note. But take these last words; THE MORE YOU JUDGE PEOPLE, THE MORE YOU ARE LIKELY GOING TO LOSE OPPORTUNITIES. BEFORE YOU PROCLAIM JUDGEMENT ON SOMEONE ELSE, FIRST JUDGE YOURSELF. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!
And hey, don't forget to "like" it. And if you really like it, please share it!
