If people are not willing to help you, then it is probably because your power is inadequate. Ps 110:3 tells us that "your people shall volunteer freely in the days of your power". That also means that you would not need to look for helpers, helpers will be looking for you. The truth is; man will only help you with his security in view; if he does not feel secured about helping you, he will not.

Power is what gives security to your helpers. You may wonder why many pastors are wealthy; well, it is because they have power, and people feel secured when they help them. But you do not have to be a pastor to enjoy help, just invest in spiritual empowerment. Working hard may bring you before great people, but it is power that compels great people to help you. Joseph's hard work took him to Pharaoh's prison, but when Pharaoh heard of his power to interpret dreams, he sent for him. And a prisoner suddenly became the second in command, because of power. If you want clients or your favourers to help you this year, then seek empowerment.

That's how far we'd go on today's Timely Note. But take these last words; DO NOT PRAY FOR HELPERS, PRAY FOR EMPOWERMENT. HELPERS NATURALLY HANG AROUND THOSE WITH POWER. Have a most fruitful day, in Jesus precious name!

TIMELY NOTES! Having faith without a connectivity to the Author of faith is a waste of time. Faith may please God, but love creates a link between the one who has faith in God and God Himself. The bibles says "faith is the substance of things hoped for"; that could also mean that faith dwells on material things. But God is love; having true love in your heart is simply having God in your heart. This makes it impossible for your faith to please God without love for Him in your heart. Being filled with the word of faith doesn't mean you're filled with love for God. Love for God is something you must consciously decide to build.
